We’ll meet for three planning meetings leading up to your wedding to go over your vision, timeline, and all the important details. From creating a detailed itinerary to confirming and communicating with your vendors, I ensure everyone is on the same page. I coordinate your rehearsal, décor setup, and manage the ceremony processional so everything flows seamlessly. I keep your schedule on track and provide on-the-day support for any surprises that might arise — smoothing out bumps before they reach you.
Essentially, I’m your calm, organized guide throughout the day, keeping everything running perfectly so you can focus on what truly matters: enjoying every unforgettable moment of your wedding.

Day-of Event Coordination
Hosting a special event should feel exciting — not overwhelming. Whether you’re planning a birthday, engagement party, baby shower, anniversary, or intimate celebration, Day-of Event Coordination ensures everything runs smoothly so you can enjoy being a guest at your own event.
In the weeks leading up to your event, we’ll connect for 2–3 planning meetings to walk through your event details, timeline, and logistics. I step in as the main point of contact for vendors, confirm schedules, and make sure every moving piece is accounted for.
On the day itself, I oversee vendor arrivals, manage the flow of the event, and troubleshoot any last-minute changes with professionalism and care. From setup through wrap-up, I’m there to keep things organized, on time, and running seamlessly — allowing you to relax, mingle, and celebrate without worrying about what’s happening behind the scenes.

Event Decor & Styling
Bring your celebration to life with intentional, beautifully considered styling that reflects your unique event aesthetic. This service focuses on elevating your space through thoughtful design choices that feel polished, inviting, and refined.
All décor and styling options include a planning meeting where we’ll discuss your ideas, themes, and overall design direction to ensure a seamless and well-curated look.
If you already have décor and styling pieces, I can step in to style your space—transforming it into a thoughtfully arranged setting so you can relax and enjoy your event without worrying about the details.
If you’re looking for creative guidance, I also offer custom design packages that include mood boards, colour palettes, and curated décor links. From there, you can choose to execute the setup yourself or have me bring the design to life on the day.
